Roastery Coffee House

This is one of the best cafes in Kolkata. Located in Gariahat, the ambiance boasts of charming and out of the world decor with some vintage-y look. It has been done up elegantly in mustard yellow and is adorned with pearly white furniture. The food is similar to what you get served at home and the very essence reminds you of home. Do try their Mac n Cheese Burger and their special sizzling brownies which are sure to make your heart swoon. They have a wide range of coffee based beverages which are worth trying.

Tucked in a colonial old building, is this uber cool cafe that is lately gaining a lot of popularity especially among the youngsters. Exotic food, great plating and a large open space is what defines this cafe. It is a well-decorated vegetarian cafe serving international cuisine with some Indian touch to it. Head to Bikers Cafe if you are craving for some lip-smacking burgers. Its famous for its rustic decor and bike-like vibe. This is a beautifully designed European themed cafe with a whole lot of natural light making it perfect for a day visit. This cute little cozy cafe in Saltlake was my ultimate hangout spot during my school days. It’s a small eatery especially popular among the college crowds and school students due to its really affordable prices and its amazing snacks and finger foods. The most popular items on the menu are Mushroom on toast, cheese maggi, veg nachos, and cheese paratha. Ooh, and end your meal with their special Chocolate Avalanche which is to die for!
